Payment must be received with your order, sorry no checks.
Please include the address that is a computer match for your credit card (billing address). Since we are unable to support a secure connection as yet, we ask that you send your order, wait for confirmation with your order number then call our 800 # to leave credit card information for your first order, thereafter we will have the info on file and just need to verify current information and get the 3 or 4 digit code on each order.
Retail Buyers quantity price breaks:
Buy 20 yds of any type of fabric and receive wholesale prices for that entire order.
Buy Hardware alone in bulk increments to receive regular wholesale pricing for that item.

Qualified Wholesale Orders:
Check with us if you are manufacturing goods for resale, we have a special wholesale plan designed for you; ask for our QW (qualified wholesaler) form, or download one here (Word or PDF). Contact us for considerations of special orders of fabric not currently stocked. Full rolls may be purchased at a further reduction. Any drop shipments will have exact freight added.
We use UPS and USPS Priority mail to ship orders. UPS ground is our standard shipping method for orders over 3 pounds unless otherwise requested. The handling fee of $2.50 will be waived on all orders over $20. All orders are charged exact freight.
We ship within 2 business days of receiving your order unless you are notified of a problem.
If you wish us to estimate shipping before placing your order there is a $4.00 RUSH fee.
If you wish UPS same day shipment there is a $4.00 RUSH fee and the order needs to be received before 2pm MST. USPS priority mail same day shipping is more difficult as we open at 8am and our pickup is between 10 and 11am. If you require USPS same day there is a $10.00 fee for post office delivery.
To buy fabric and hardware at wholesale cost you must be a qualified business or order quantity in excess of 20 yards per type of fabric or the bulk amount of any hardware.
We are quite happy to ship anywhere in the world, however there are quite a few variables for shipping international orders; we charge a $3.00 intl. processing fee and then exact frt so shipping depends entirely on how heavy your order is. Also of great influence is how fast you want it. UPS Brown https://wwwapps.ups.com/ctc/request?loc=en_US&WT.svl=PNRO_L1 is recommended for all intl. shipping over $100; it's about 3 times as expensive as USPS (except to Canada where UPS standard is quite reasonable) but tracking is unreliable with USPS therefore no guarantee for delivery or reimbursement if your package is lost. (Although we haven't actually had a lost package for about 7 years). Here is the international link for the USPS http://ircalc.usps.gov/ . If you choose USPS there is also a $10.00 handling fee. You need to check with your local customs office for specific charges on your end. You might be interested in ordering samples, there wouldn't be the handling & processing fees for samples but you would need to pay for a flat rate envelope.
We recommend that the purchaser of fabric and hardware, should inspect the entire shipment for flaws or questions before any
cutting. We cannot accept back any items that have been cut or that are older than 60 days. If any discrepancy arises and
you feel a return or adjustment is necessary, Please call ahead for the RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization
Return of merchandise for reasons other than quality problems are subject to a restocking fee. Only standard stock items
may be returned. Bulk quantities will be charged a 20% restock fee, less than bulk quantities OR large quantities (more
than 100 yds of fabric or more than 500 hardware) at 25%. Faxed or emailed orders are at 10% & 20% restock fees. All
first quality Special Order items must be paid for in accordance with the terms of the original order. Returns will not be
accepted without a specific Return Merchandise Authorization Number that we have given to you. Put the RMA # on
the outside of the package and on your note! If your return is less than $5.00 your credit will be held on your account
as an in store credit
Credits will be applied when the return is received by the shipping dept. usually within 2 days of receipt.
