items you want to order. If
the code is unclear just fill in the description of what you want and we'll fill
your order from that (look for the precise code on your invoice for future
orders). You

completed form or e-mail to order@owfinc.com
(do not include your cc # in emails) and
we will confirm your emailed order. If requested we will
confirm your faxed order as well.

For first time
orders, it is best to call our 800 # to
leave payment info after you've sent the order form. Thereafter
we will have your information on file and it will just need to be verified each
time you order.
Terms of Payment:
Payment must be received with your
Order.
For
fastest service use, Visa, or MasterCard.
Please include your credit card billing address. Since
we are unable to support a secure connection as yet, we ask that you call our
800 # to leave credit card information for your first order, thereafter we
will have the info on file and just need to verify current information.
We also accept Certified Bank Check or money order Personal checks
require an extra two weeks for bank clearance.
Any
Personal Check that is returned to us from the Bank as unusable is subject to
a $20.00 fee!
Shipping Information:
We use UPS and US Postal Priority mail to ship orders. UPS ground will
be used on
all orders over 2 lbs unless otherwise requested.
All
orders are charged exact freight.
Please
contact us for shipping information if you wish to have your order delivered
outside of the continental
U. S. A.
Retail Buyers quantity price breaks:
Buy
20 yds of any specific type of fabric and receive wholesale prices for that entire
order.
Buy
Hardware alone in bulk increments to receive regular wholesale pricing for
that item.

Qualified Wholesale Orders:
Check with us if you are
manufacturing goods for resale. We have a special wholesale plan designed for
you. Ask for our QW (qualified
wholesaler) form. Contact us for considerations of special orders of
fabric not currently stocked. Full rolls may be purchased at a further
reduction. Any
drop shipments (anything shipped directly to you) would have exact freight
added.
Disclaimer:
We recommend that the purchaser
of fabric and hardware should inspect the entire shipment for flaws or
questions before any cutting. We can not accept, as a return, any items that have
been cut or
that are older than 60 days. If any discrepancy arises and you feel a return or
adjustment is necessary, Please
call ahead for the RMA#
(Return Merchandise Authorization number).
Restocking
fees:
Return
of merchandise for reasons other than quality problems are subject to a
restocking fee. Only standard
stock items may be returned. Bulk quantities will be charged a20% restock fee,
less than bulk quantities OR large quantities (more than 100 yds of fabric or
more than 500 hardware) at 25%. Faxed
or emailed orders are at 10% & 20% restock fees.
All first quality Special Order
items must be paid for in accordance with the terms of the original order.
Returns will not be
accepted without a specific Return Merchandise Authorization Number that we
have given to you.
Put the RMA # on the outside of the package and on your note!
If your return is less than $5.00 your credit will be held on your
account as an in store credit
.
Credits will be applied when the return is received by
the shipping dept. usually within 2 days of receipt.
