How To Use "Order Blank"

(Using Microsoft Internet Explorer)

To Print it out:

1. Click on "ORDER BLANK" so that the form is on your screen.

2. On the toolbar, click on "File".

3. Click on "Print".

To fill it out in Microsoft word:

1. Click on "ORDER BLANK" so that the form is on your screen.

2. Click on "File" on the toolbar

3. Click on "Save as" then save it to your desktop or your "my documents"

4. Open the file in Microsoft Word, and fill in.

5. May e-mail to us as an attachment (see below) or print and send via snail mail.

To e-mail it to us:

1. Once it is filled out in Microsoft word.

2. On the toolbar, click on "File".

3. Click on "Send To".

4. Click on "Mail Recipient (as Attachment)".

5. When it comes up on your e-mail. Send to order@owfinc.com
